At Rudders, we take pride in the quality of our men’s shirts. We want you to look and feel your best. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Validity Period

You have [30] days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. If [30] days have passed since your purchase arrived, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it.

  • Condition: The shirt must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
  • Tags: All original tags and labels must be attached.
  • Packaging: It must be in the original packaging (including any shirt boxes or protective covers).
  • Cleanliness: Please ensure there are no deodorant marks, stains on the collar/cuffs, or scents (perfume, smoke) on the fabric.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards.
  • Sale items marked as “Final Sale.”
  • Shirts that have been altered or tailored.

3. Exchanges

We understand that fit is everything. If you need to exchange a shirt for a different size or color:

  1. Email us at +91 8460109349 with your order number and the size/color you desire.
  2. Once your return is received and inspected, we will ship the new shirt to you.
  3. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

4. Refunds (If Applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within [5-10] business days.
  • Rejection: If the shirt shows signs of wear, washing, or damage not caused by us, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

5. Shipping Returns

  • Cost: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Tracking: If you are returning expensive items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6. Damaged or Defective Goods

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged shirt (e.g., loose buttons, fabric tears, wrong item sent), please contact us immediately at ruddersfashion@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
